Lead List Cleaner — Local Edition is a single HTML file that runs locally in your browser. It dedupes, format-validates, and grades lead lists, and exports the result as CSV. It is a file, not a CRM: it contains no dialer, no email sending, and no enrichment.

Validation is format-based only. The tool cannot tell you whether a phone number is disconnected or an inbox is dead, and it does not verify numbers against carrier or mailbox records. Results depend on the quality of the list you provide.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to process the contact data in your own lists, and for complying with the calling, messaging, and privacy laws that apply to you. Because the tool runs locally and your data never leaves your machine, no personal data from your lists is transferred to us.
